UX Content Style Guide

Project Overview

I took the initiative to create a UX content style guide when our UX team was working on the complete overhaul of this brand’s customer account. (Check out my case study for more info on this big initiative.) This was the perfect chance to standardize how we handle back end messaging and cement grammar and styling rules, since I was I was in the process of rethinking and rewriting those very things across the entire experience. 

You’ll see that I added more explanations and pointers than some content style guides provide. It’s not uncommon for product owners and software engineers to make small content updates, so I wanted to ensure the guide was accessible to everyone.
